  • In connection with organizational changes, such as a merger, reorganization, or transfer of LSTCA’s assets or programs, in which case information will be transferred subject to this Policy or an equivalent successor policy.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, and analytics purposes. We use Google Analytics and our membership platform's built-in analytics to measure and understand website usage.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the site.

7. Member Directory

Participation in the LSTCA member directory is opt-in. Members who elect to be listed in the directory choose what information appears in their profile and whether the profile is visible only to other members or also visible to the public. You may update or remove your directory profile at any time by contacting us or through your member account settings.

8. Third-Party Links, Social Media Buttons, and Embedded Content

Our website may include links to third-party websites, social media buttons, and content embedded from third-party providers.

LSTCA is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party websites, platforms, or content providers. When you follow a link, use a social media button, or interact with embedded content, the third party may collect information about you under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

10. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. We rely on established third-party platforms with their own security controls to store and process information on our behalf.

No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. For site security purposes, we and our service providers may monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload, modify, or damage information or otherwise misuse our services.
